[Submit a ticket] Purchased Guild Champion - Took Money No Items Received x2!

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Well, I bought the Guild Champion gift pack, limited one per player. It went through the Nintendo eShop screens like normal, proceed to purchase. Made the purchase confirmation sound. It didn’t pop up the items received. Didn’t think anything of it. Tried to give a gift, and I didn’t have the option appear. Went back to Guild shop. Purchase option was still available, so I thought it didn’t take. Went to purchase again and paid attention to my available balance before finalizing. Same thing happened, and after checking my balance, it had gone down again as if purchase went through. I’m out $20 for nothing :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Nintendo Switch has been ignored time and time again. Always has been. Always will. About half of our money offers either don’t function properly or don’t even exist. Even a player that has never played this game before would realize this, so why the developers don’t fix these issues is beyond me.:rofl:

I’m not posting screenshots because I’m not a BETA tester. Wake up, stop making excuses and fix your game. Period.

If you have made a purchase that has failed, you need to submit a ticket with both purchase receipts and your invite code.

We cannot assist with issues like these on the forum.
