Happy Easter & Passover to all those who celebrate!

Here is when we will also be taking some time to celebrate, and our studio will be closed on the above dates.

I have included the weekends in these dates, while we aren’t open on weekends anyway, wanted to avoid any confusion.
We appreciate your patience as on the tiny day we are open on the 26th, as we are going to be running around attending to critical/high-priority issues

During this period, as normal, should any critical bugs appear we will have devs standing by to jump on and get them resolved as soon as we can!

This involves wide-spread game-blocking issues such as players being unable to launch the game, servers going down, etc.
Should you require any further assistance, don’t forget to check our Help Centre for general troubleshooting tips in the meantime, and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the studio!

If you experience any purchasing issues, such as duplicate charges or not receiving a purchase, please contact your platform ASAP

Just bumping this thread again for visibility!

Quick Reminder that the Studio will be closed for these following dates mentioned above.
(April 20th - 25th, and again at April 27th - 30th.)

thanks god you are on holidays. a short break for us, the players…customers. no new cash grab modes and no new downgrades of troops and game modes. enjoy your holidyas and come back with a new vision. FUN instead of Pay to win for example. And please send Arena and Treasure Hunt on lifetime holiday

I can’t be bothered with Arena either, but I actually DO enjoy playing a few rounds of Treasure Hunt to wind down the play session. Compared to whatever other battles I’ve farmed that day, Treasure Hunt is just super chill.
