You really shouldn’t be streaming content from other games here, I think.
You are right.
I am not 100% sure either but my 5 cents would be because it can get unfortunate outcome. Not only by publishing other games, but it can have a domino effect, other gamers might want to show their games and use the boards for it etc. So the section does not matter much when it comes to streaming other games. So basically every game that drags the attention away from GoW on these boards is bad attention.
