Steam Purchase did not show up in game

I purchased the $4.99 guild hero seals pack on Oct. 6 but did not get credit for it in game. I did get a receipt for purchase from Steam that it was taken from my account.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. Submit a ticket to support and they will set it right.

I did submit a ticket to support, didn’t get a reply? Maybe I used the wrong support?

yes, I did. Should I do another one?

I can only speak on my own experiences, but from past tickets that I’ve submitted it’s taken anywhere from 5 hrs., up to 3 days to get a reply. But each time the situation was rectified.
