The new trilogy is great, for my taste. But then I whish I could un-see the prequels.
Next in line, filming starts next year.

I could not hear enough from that trailer to make a determination. I will hold my dissatisfaction until I see a trailer with less music and more clear dialogue.
Well, its upon opinions here. The way i see it, Episode VII didint have anything new… For me was like watching “A New Hope” with other characters but the same idea (a lost kid appear to save the day) but with one difference with ZERO training can get rid of the new bad guy…
Saying that, i totally understand why they make the movie that way, and also the road the franchise is taking now.
The trilogy of I-III where kinda forced, but makes the history complete even if the mommy issues of Anakin are a joke.
We saw how Anakin became Darth Vader, and honestly, i would like to watch what he did between III and IV, just like with Kenobi.
Its a shame you would like to unsee the original trilogy

The new bad guy had just been shot in the guts by Chewbacca. It’s a wonder he could stand, nevermind fight.
I would like to unsee the prequel trilogy. The original one was magnificent then and still is now.
I suspect that we’ll see a very young Kenobi, or a just after prequels Kenobi.
With Dart Vader we have the problem of either show evil triumphant or to show Vader foiled by somebody. Neither are blockbuster material. (Also unlike Kylo there’s no reason to suppose that Vader was anything but fully devoted to the Dark Side.)
I was refering to the part where Rei is trapped to the chair and she can resist the mind reading, and after she can do the mind trick to the trooper… Sure…

Jar Jar is an evil Sith so it’s only natural that he enjoys giving us pain. Beside when he came out the midichlorian had already happened.
No, really. Jar Jar is not the worst part of that trilogy.

Maybe that’s why we didn’t get an AWSOME training sequence with Luke and Ray in the latest movie. Such a missed opportunity! At least Chewbacca’s eating Prongs out did R2 on Dagobah.

Then again Luke wasn’t that good training Jedi. Look at the results.
And I’m waiting to know what appened in all those missing years.
I thought the subtitle of that movie should have been “or how to become a Jedi in three easy lessons!” .
“or die trying”.
