doubt the nerfs are done. is some teams stronger and have been longer just not used as much by the masses.
so they catch less attention/nerf slapp’n
I actually really like the Devour idea, only b/c of my D&D roots: You can only Devour if you’re one size larger than the opponent. Wanna devour that Big creature? You better be Huge…
Obviously it doesn’t work in practice b/c of the troops with devour vs their traits, but still a fun idea.

@Sirrian: As we have now the chance to collect/buy some mono-green traitstones for the archer class (reward chest), i hope there will be some opportunities for the other classes near future as well.
The probability to have another mono-color traitstones is low… Other imps are already out… Only the purple is not available… Maybe for Halloween ;-).

I don’t mind Arcanes to be honest. I unlock all traits first which don’t require them.
Obviously I’m alone with that mindset, so count me out.
Also the price would be 100 Glory. 200 would be for a rare.
I really hope they don’t use our one new troop a week for a common. Such a waste.
I would bet that a common event troop would be 300-400 glory for a single arcane stone and 3-4 copies of the troop. That way the game doesn’t flood with arcanes but also the glory per troop matches with higher rarities.
Troops that are being added won’t go below ultra rare. And to point out another thing, we were said that we will be getting a chance to buy old weapons with week events, but it still didn’t happen. I’m missing a few of them and that really makes me sad 
How about a double troop week? One pack contains a common/rare and another contains the troop of a higher rarity.
Or you could publish commons and rare without an extra event.

My issue is that a Common simply won’t be the useful. How many commons do you see in end-game comps? Rare is on occasion, but a Common seems like a waste of a week. They just can’t scale enough via ascension to compete with other rarer troops without being OP at base strength (in which case they shouldn’t be a Common).
That said, I do hope they do more events like the Double Traitstones.
I do agree with you, but the Underdog inside me still finds some love for commons. Of course it’s a waste of a week, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be more commons. Like I said earlier you can bring them out outside of events, ready to be claimed from Gold Chests.
