Aw man, they renamed 3 Goblins in a Trench Coat:
Thanks for the correction Lufia. They donât know how to make the game better because they donât listen to our feedback and their terrible new cash offers arenât fooling anyone.
Itâs disappointing because I have met some of the most caring and knowledgeable people in this community, and we get ignored constantly even though we have such great ideas that could make the game so much better.
A man can dream though, a man can dreamâŚ
Thatâs the worst news about this game Iâve heard all year
Well that sucks. Iâve been waiting for that to finally get added for ages. â3 goblins in a trench coatâ was a great name, and the new one is boring.
Yeah this has been my favourite artwork for a while, shame.
Common x Mythic â
Is not the same trait guissssssssse cause this one is weaker!
OLD Troop
NEW Troop
DO WE HAVE THE SAME DEVS. Sorry for yelling but its like they dont know the cards or past content anymore. Outsource and mantain.
Leucithrax is going to be a good mythic, but heâs not âunique,â and thatâs what bugs me.
As you pointed out, Huang-Long is superior in every way BEFORE he casts his spell, and if you get lucky, he can become really powerful.
Silverglade already has Amethialas, so you wonât really use this even in Silverglade restrictions or Underspire.
The only thing unique about Leucithrax is that he summons krystenaux, which is a powerful summon, but thatâs where his utility ends. When I saw breath of power, I thought of vulpine hunterâs crystalized mana, which gives him 3 mana when he matches 4 or more gems. How cool would it be for this new mythic to give all dragon allies 3 mana every time you matched 4 or more gems?
Mythics should be an opportunity for something new and creative, not boring, cookie-cutter, or under used gimmicks that will seldomly be used and then forgotten. What does the term âmythicâ mean anymore? A trophy that we collect?
something tells me I donât want to know. probably along the lines of bait for whales
same, minus the âgoodâ part. Thereâs a metric ton of dragons that do the same damage type. Do I want to damage creep this?.. eh⌠not this one in particular.
Hereâs the Red/Green/Yellow mythics in the game:
Immortal Libara: Knight/Immortal
Caprichor: Wildfolk/Mystic
Champion of Gaard: Human/Knight
Phoenicia: Elemental/Stryx
Succubus Queen: Daemon/Mystic
Tauraeus: Tauros/Beast
The Worldbreaker: Dragon/Centaur
Tihamata: Elemental/Dragon
thatâs why Iâm not excited.
But the one thing Iâve learned is people love their clones even at the cost of watering the game down. So⌠go ahead and let people have yet another generic Green/Yellow/Red Dragon that a few people might end up paying actual money for.
Iâm gonna be real honest, this one feels really bad since Penglong exists at 14 mana and does basically the same damage.
I can see Leucithrax featuring in some teams probably sat behind stella for back up summon and support with its third trait in PvP, probably in green region. If I didnt have any mythics this aint bad honestly and Iâd definetly pick it over Huang Laung inconsistant spell its nearly as bad as my spelling.
Could at least have named them Scam, Sham and Spam.
or Bug, Mug and Shrug
Nooooo! Not 3 goblins in a trenchcoat Thatâs even worse than when they changed lady bone to lady of bones
Or Dewey, Cheatem and Howe
That would be â3 Lawyers in a Trenchcoatâ. Goblins are lots of things, but they donât strike me as being sticklers for the jurisprudential code.
True. Still, you canât go wrong with a 3 Stooges reference lol.
Surely Money, Money, Money.
Thatâs â3 Paid Passes in a Quarterâ.
Common goblins donât really need names, so that makes sense. If they have names, they should be a higher rarity.
Iâd still prefer they were â3 goblins in a trenchcoatâ and epic, though.
If you scroll further down to all the stuff thatâs little more than a placeholder name, youâll notice that the âplaceholder Rarityâ is always Common. Much like the âplaceholder Mana Colorâ is always Red, the âplaceholder mana costâ is 3, and the âplaceholder Arcaneâ is Rage.
Theyâve gotten âpromotedâ because theyâve been formalized into the pipeline and embedded into a specific date.
