Well, I find it rather funny to see such pages in the official game help.
Stonesong Eyrie, 11th faction, was added to the game on 5th July '19, almost 2 years ago. Since then no one remembered to update that text, even with an explicit promise of updating “as new Factions are released”. By the way, there is no “Follow” button to subscribe.

Thanks for sharing this, myself & @OminousGMan have slowly been going through the old GoW articles with our fresh eyes to find any articles that need updating.
I’ll add this to our list!
