Any Nintendo Users keep getting this BS?
‘The software was closed because an error occurred.’ (Black screen).
Keeps happening (screams).. I do have 2 Switches BUT always quit the game and close them down. (Basically I have 1 switch at home and 1 I travel with).
This error has only been happening over the last 2-3 months or so.
Happened during Guild Wars last month (so that went as a loss) and has happened again today during Guild Wars!!!.
(Same error generally happens while playing any event).
With this Switch (1 year old) I have actually factory reset it and reinstalled GOW etc incase there were any data missing.
I did submit a ticket recently but didn’t really get a proper response as such regarding this particular error (I did get responses on the other issues of course).
Its getting to the stage where I am seriously considering quitting my switch account - something I definitely don’t want to do due to the time and money invested in this game.
*** Just seen in guild chat, happened with my guild colleague yesterday Flonne, both of us are in Cowboys from Hell if any data can be looked at please.
