If there are several skulls on the board and Skullbeard creates 5 more making a skull 4-some, should this be an extra turn? Currently it isn’t.

The skulls created by Captain Skullbeard don’t match prior to his explosions. Only skulls left after the explosions match. Currently the only effect of the generated skulls is to do a little extra damage to the first troop when exploding.
