My every city now has this interesting +Shiny Dust bonus. But what it actually means? I think, the game has not much sources for Shiny Dust (or Shiny Keys), so where this bonus applies to?
A shiny troop need 35 of its shiny tokens to reach shiny level 3, the max level. Any more token is converted to shiny dust, where this kingdom bonus kicks in.
So before you have any shiny level 3 troop, you can consider this bonus non-existent.
