Shiny dust article wording

Expected behaviour:
The help guide explicitly says that by spending a shiny key OR converting shiny dust into a shiny, you will receive 1-3 random shiny tokens.

Actual behaviour:
I ALWAYS receive exactly 1 shiny token per 100 dust converted. Not most of the time, not 50% of the time like the shiny keys, every single time.

Additional information:
The guidance also says that while shiny keys may give duplicate tokens, shiny dust will not. So it wasn’t just a typo in the guidance — it acknowledges you may receive more than 1 token, and it just wouldn’t be a duplicate of one already received. Therefore, converting shiny dust should (using the same probability as the keys) have a 20% chance to give 2 different token and a 10% chance to rice 3 different tokens.

The chest option for the shiny dust does say “gain shiny token”, but given the explicit wording in the guidance, and that the button with that phrasing is included in the screenshot in the guidance (as opposed to a change in the intended function of the button), I think the button may be the typo (e.g., maybe it should say “token(s)”). Either way, it’s a pretty significant contradiction, especially given the significance of shiny troops in levelling kingdoms.

I’ll edit the article so its’s more clear, but it’s shown in-game that 100 Shiny Dust will reward you a Shiny Token and that a chest will reward 1-3 tokens

A chest has a chance to reward 1-3 tokens, but 100 Shiny Dust is exchanged for a Shiny Token.
It is not a bug, the wording of the article is just not clear to differentiate Shiny Keys vs exchanging Shiny dust into a token

Does the shiny dust token still get me 80% random 20% featured troop token? or is it 100% random?

This mentions only the chest

The fact the shiny dust only gives one token and does not match to the drop rate popup in the menu where you spend shiny dust is mighty dodgy. Feels like misleading drop rates on a gambling mechanic.
I know it says “shiny chests”, but how are we supposed to know whether or not using shiny dust opens a shiny chest? That’s not made very clear. It would be better to move the shiny dust option elsewhere, and add a larger amount for shiny keys, like other chests. And then the shiny dust option can have accurate information on what you get.

Doesnt 100 shiny dust give you a random token of a troop you dont have on shiny lvl 3? Seems simple to me.

Agree the op pointing out wording in article tho.

Yes it’s straight forward in that sense, but the article creates unnecessary confusion and contradiction that implies it should be giving 2 or 3 shiny tokens a percentage of the time.
