Xbox GPU added a Shadow Dragon Starter Pack perk last month, which I activated. This promptly evaporated without updating my game. I opened a ticket with Zendesk/Gems Support where they acknowledged a known issue, but now 19 days later there have been zero updates. Is there a way to get this updated & resolved?

Thank you, I have seen that message - but now even that message is aging by a couple weeks. Not sure what the right timeline to expect might be.
