Server swallowed the Great Maw (SOLVED)

My friend has recently drawn his first Great Maw. After the little server problems he lost that Great Maw. I told him to raise a support ticket, but for some reason, that message never got sent no matter what he did. Any help?

EDIT: Nevermind, problem solved.

I was still in the office when his ticket came in. It was a quick fix :grin:
