Those are a (very, very, very) rare drop in underspire chests. You get those in the special fights that you sometimes find in dead ends.
Better expect it to take a couple of years, until you got the complete set.

you forgot to mention how rare

7 months later, still 2 units possessed.
I wonder if I’ll ever get them.
I do the underspire every week with extra gems and lanterns. (purchase of 5 lanterns)
But it’s impossible to get these units.
It’s just not right.
