via the weekly rotation of Mythics.

and maybe I’m too late to be saying this but the weekly rotation for Legendaries is rather insane at this point…

How desperate are you for the pvp pass money? The campaigns have a week break between them at least

I bet you the cost would be the same if the pvp season pass would run for 10 weeks +1 week break.
At least that way the don’t overlap with the campaign pass

This PvP seasonal mythic is so weak. 1x magic +4 + 4x skull normal damage to single target, double if on purple. Come on, that’s just a powerful epic / weak legendary level. It’s third trait isn’t outstanding, either.
The seasonal legendary, on the other hand, is quite decent.

What’s with these trash Immortals? Season of Sands should’ve been Capricor or Ossifer but we got some other lesser troop. Daemon season is forgettable since it’s completely useless. Now we have a rare/epic troop posing as an Immortal.

The mythic is garbage. Definitely not worth 2,500 gold marks. At least the silver mark legendary isn’t all that bad. The 2 magic per 4 match to merfolk is good but that’s about it.

I thought icons stayed with you until used.

Whoops. :frowning:

Unfortunately, icons are converted into VP at the start of the next season. If they aren’t used, you’ll lose them. And, when the icons auto-convert, the VP they give you isn’t even close to the VP you’d get if you just straight-up used them. At least, this is what I remember from reading the patch notes.

This is correct. When a PVP season ends, all unused idols are auto-converted.

I don’t often open burning chests but when I do get idols, I’ve saved them for a week when I’m too busy to play PVP. Just grab the min and bounce.

Reav…r is surprisingly ok. I just wish the damage bonus wasn’t specifically to JUST purple enemies. If it hit 2 colors (say… yellow and purple), it would actually be a solid troop.

But, when it works… it works.

A really Bloody Feast…

(Bloody Feast + Rising Shadows… don’t ask me to find it with both traits + a 2nd RS trigger )

Don’t think I’ve seen Bloody Feast trigger Bloody Feast yet, but I also haven’t had it for too long.

I forgot about buying the legendary once I finally hit 150,000 VP last season (did I even hit that amount? :face_with_peeking_eye:). I doubt I’m going to remember to check the Soulforge ever single week for the next year for checks notes The Slime Dragon, if I even remember the name of the Legendary I’m missing.

Besides expanding the number of Legendary/Mythics available each week, they could add an simple exclamation mark or some indicator if you don’t own it. That seems like a no-brainer that benefits both the devs and the players.

Anyway, I feel like they shot themselves in the foot with the introduction of all these troops that are exclusive to different modes. I don’t know about other completionists, but once I start having gaps in my collection that I can’t fill within a reasonable timeframe, I start losing interest in being a completionist.

Back in 2020, I was only a couple months from finally collecting every troop. Now I’m missing 18 troops between Tarot cards, Campaign troops, Immortals, PVP troops, Kingdom pass troops, Sentinels and Valhawk (lol). All the exclusive troops may motivate some other players, but I find myself increasingly demotivated as that number increases. Case in point : Slime Dragon. If I had actually cared, I’d have definitely bought it during the season.

The sentinels are a great example of this. I may have bitten at those ridiculously priced mythics if the sentinels weren’t such a pain to get

It actually happened somehow. Actually wasn’t expecting it like this.

The bloody feast trait has the potential to act like Piscea and just devour the world…or do nothing…It’s just that about 80% of the time, nothing will happen.

I think they were trying to make Revanarokkr like an upgraded Kerberos, and the kingdom fantasy, artwork and wolf theme are there. It just needed bloody feast to devour 40% of the time with some more damage to make it easier to snowball through your enemies.:wolf:

If you’re in the soulforge and you scroll down the list, it says on each one the number you own, so you can see all the ones you don’t own. A symbol beside them would be helpful, but I don’t think it’d be much better, since you have to scroll through them anyway. Whereas expanding the soulforge to be able to handle more troops at the same time is long overdue and I hope they make a soulforge revamp a priority soon (right after a few bug-fix focused patches).

That’s a good tip, but they could honestly highlight “you currently own 0 copies of this troop” in red or something, so that it could be easier to see.

When I forgot to check the soulforge for The Guardian of Law, it took 9+ months to get that guy back in the soulforge again. And that was after I wasted 6,000+ event keys in Sword’s Edge and couldn’t get him…

The growing number of mythics is honestly becoming a nightmare for completionists like myself because:
A.) They’re either too expensive (2,500 gold marks).
B.) Too difficult to acquire (having 4 or more mythics in a kingdom makes it difficult to get the one(s) you’re missing).
C.) Takes too long to rotate in the soulforge.

I don’t know how newer players get through this. I’m thankful that I have all of the mythics except for the exclusive pvp shop mythics, but trying to catch up seems impossible now.

I suggested awhile back that there should be a “mystery” mythic option, where players could spend 8,000 diamonds to get a random mythic that they were missing. The cost could be adjusted, but there should be at least…something to do while waiting for the rotation of kingdoms and the soulforge mythics.
