Screen freezing/ permanent loop/ not keeping record

I have had two issues of the game freezing. The top picture the game simply froze there completely. The second case is Actually more of a non-stop loop. You can click ok but it never goes away for more than a second or two.

with the third picture I get updates about wins and losses, but everything counts as a loss if it registers at all. I have screen shots showing I have wins and losses and the wins never increases. All 3 issues have been since the upgrade.

Had this happen at change over last night (to new day) - ended up just quitting the game to get out of the loop.
