Savage Hunter is dealing 2x skull damage to all colours troops

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Savage Hunter is supposed to deal 2x skull damage Vs Green enemies, but it’s dealing 2x damage to any enemy.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

It’s due to applying Hunters Mark. Not the other trait.

that’s to say the hunter’s mark would be applied while or before doing skull damage. Another way to say “double damage” I see.

Effects are placed before damage.
Crimson arrow, applies HM.
Web spinner: applies web, then deals triple damage to webbed troops.

Can we please PLEASE get a proper guide on mechanics in this game?
When I read “Place Hunter’s Mark on enemies when doing Skull damage.” I would think it deals damage, then places the mark.
But apparently it intends to deal damage, places the mark, then deals damage?
Does this also work when 0 damage is dealt thanks to barrier? Or Entangle?


Dunno, but if you attack a class (say titan) with barrier on, they can still inflict stun via impact.
even though impact clearly says “When enemies deal skull damage to me”.
