sands of time weapon does not give life
has anyone experienced this?

Sands of Time “heals” life, not “gives” life. The difference is, the weapon will only restore life if the troop has some missing - you can tell troop is missing life if the number for their life stat is yellow. If the troops has no life missing, the weapon will do nothing. For example:
Sands of Time will only heal my first troop in the screenshot above, it won’t do anything for the others.
