Revered Players Should look Special and Glimmer when they are given Honor

I see every day the honor is wasted on the Revered, so how about when someone gives the Revered an honor the Revered shine like in gold you know they look special their picture sparkles, their name glimmers, they look cool in global and guild chat rooms! (^_^)
