[RESOLVED] Sand shark doesn't work as intended

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Sand shark doesn’t work as intended. It must deal some dmg and devour random enemy with 20% chance but When I use its magic it deals dmg to ally, or devour it, or doesn’t work at all

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I tried it at least 3 times and it didn’t work properly
