There is another bug with the filter: filtering value is not shown in the combo-box. If you try to filter by “Cosmetic” (for example), you’ll see all cosmetic pets, but when you reopen the filter panel, you won’t see" Cosmetic" selected in the third combo-box, just “All Troop Types”. Which is not how filter combo-boxes should work.
