[Reported] World Event Issue

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I started playing world event, bought 3 tiers in the shop, had played 4-5 battles and the game restarted.
After which, I only had 4 sigils left, my points were reset to 0, and all the battles were reset to level 10.
I should have ~12 sigils left and should probably have 40-60 points in the event.
I played one battle after everything reset and now have 3 sigils and 10pts, so I am missing out on the tiers I purchased and the points I already earned.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happened after the game restarted on me

Same happened to me. Bought to Tier 5, played my first match, game restarted, lost all my sigils. Also on iOS

Hey all,

In the process of grabbing all the tickets in relation to this World Event/Sigil issue as well as marking the threads as reported.
