Note that Switch has actually not received the new 6.4 patch yet (that will be a separate announcement later, but other consoles could still be affected):
But I agree, the “Level” filter being missing is somewhat odd, and why the “Amount” filter still exists (on this tab) when you can only collect 1 of any weapon is odder.
