[Reported] Unable to claim rewards from paid new hero pass

iPhone SE, IOS 15

After purchasing the new hero pass I found that i was unable to claim the rewards from the paid part. I click collect and it just does nothing.

I purchased the pass after reaching level 60 and have been unable to claim anything since. I have restarted the game numerous time, leaving it closed for upwards of a few hours a few times.

If you still have the issue, you should write a ticket. That is the best way to get the attention of someone who can fix this.

Sorry to be a bother, but how would I go about doing that?
