What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I’ve been trying to log into the game on my phone for the past few hours and I keep getting this error. Neither of the options it gives me lets me into the game. I’ve checked my internet connection and it’s not a problem. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and I’m still getting the same error. I’ve also tried logging into the game on my PC windows (Steam account) and I get the same error.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It’s been happening for about 3 or 4 hours, but it may have been going on for longer (5 hours ago I was peacefully asleep because it was nighttime).
12 hours ago I could log into the game without any problems.
Steps to make it happen again For me, it’s trying to load the game. I know some friends in my guild are having the same problem getting into the game.
I have a few members in our Family of Guilds that have had the same issue. It seems to only affect the Spanish language players specifically. Other languages have no issue loading the game.
Por desgracia no te puedo decir mucho. La actualización se me debió descargar sola, supongo que anoche.
Cuando inicié el juego esta mañana, en la pantalla de carga se me descargaron atributos del tamaño que creo que dices y se intentaron descargar atributos de 0,77, que son los que me dan el error. No llego a acceder al juego en ningún momento. Eso en el móvil.
En Steam actualicé después de tener ese error en Android, y me pasó lo mismo.
