Of course, I understand the issue is still there - opening a new report makes things more complicated for the moderators / devs to follow and respond to, so I suggested better to post in the same report. Also, this section is to report issues that are happening to everyone - since this issue is related to your account, it’s best to submit a request for support with the link I provided.
