[REPORTED] Some guild task rewards not given bc I collected in another guild. Never been in another guild, so?

Sorry for missing this thread and not grabbing it sooner.

I just posted some information about this in another thread and now just grabbing and cross-posting!

[REPORTED] No guild task reward for me today

Hey everyone, This is an issue the team is currently investigating, I have been grabbing any tickets for this as they have been coming through. In many cases players are seeing this ‘No Reward’ mail but their Guild Task rewards are still within the mail or is received before/after this chain of broken mail has come through. But there has been a handful of players missing some of their base rewards. Luckily most Legendary or Epic mail still appears to come through. If anyone else has this happ…
