What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting for the troop Ringmaster to summon a Nightmare Cirus Troop but it doesn’t summon a troop at all, it creates the skulls but doesn’t summon a Nightmare Cirus Troop.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It started to happen in the Nightmare Cirus Faction Assault
event.
**Steps to make it happen again
Every time i load up gems of war and go to the Nightmare Cirus Faction Assault event.

Known issue, unfortunately

I lost my pure 500 runs because of it. Costing many gems on retires. How can they release this. They should be embarrassed.

Pretty easy tbh, first go.
And remember as well as we can’t summon, neither can they.
Which is a benefit to us.
Get pure faction done guys, before the fix
