I’m asking as a leader of a guild where several players haven’t received their rewards. They are not the forum members. May I file in one ticket for all of them, please?
Only once the grace period ends, only then will we be taking reports.
There will be no need for a ticket as we can grab all the data on the backend for anyone who has still not received it and then manually re-push that out.
A comment in this thread from one or just a couple of players is plenty for to let the team know and get on getting that data out.
In all instances of tickets needing to be submitted, they can only be submitted by the affected players.

As per request, I solemnly inform that the expected outcome took place and missing rewards were not sent out. Pretty please, roll up your sleeves and deliver 160 gold marks (two days worth of rewards) you owe me to my account (I’d even let the other junk slide).

We won all 4 days battles but only received half the rewards.
(When looking at the rewards screen it Appears the morale bonus was incorrectly added, therefor the game thinks we have received all rewards)
Edit to add… Our Paragon (Tedders) report’s they have not received the achievement

The team is in the process of getting these rewards mailed out to those who are still missing them.

Because there is a mix of players who got none or some rewards, and other players who got all rewards, it has and will take longer to get these missing rewards out than past weeks when it has been just all final day rewards missing.
I do not expect them to get out tonight, as there are extra checks this fix will have to go through so everyone that is missing something gets the correct rewards back. Which means they will likely go out on Monday at the earliest.

Unsere Gilde hatte 3 Tagessiege. Ich habe nur 2 Belohnungen bekommen (eine per Post, eine zum Abholen im Gildenkriegsmenü). Bitte um Nachlieferung. Danke!
The missing mail is in the process of going out, so it should be sent out to everyone by weekly reset.
I believe there will also be some compensation sent out globally as well at some point today too.
