On PC/ mobile the results from yesterday are not showing:
After winning the day, the Rewards are not collectible for many player of our Guild

Same no splash screen and empty guild score in daily war results. Has the individual scores.
Rewards issue too.

Same here. Na rasslabone won yesterday’s GW vs the Throne of Odin.
At least 10 people from our guild have already reported that they cannot claim the rewards.
I do hope that my goldmarks will be delivered by mail tomorrow.

How did the community know guild wars would be bugged prior to release but your QA team didn’t?

Seriously disappointing, and very worrying that it doesn’t affect all guilds only some, are you losing data? I thought we we’re making positive progress after the quick response (and fix) from the devs with the ELO maths issue, but it feels like 1 step forward 2 steps back

2 guilds both on PC/Mobile
Guild 1 did get result popup and can see war results
Guild 2 did NOT get result popup and CAN’T see war results
Both sets of data pulled this morning within minutes of each other after reset
As you can see the guild without result is referencing the OLD event ID

Rewards are uncollectable both for my main account guild (Dominant) on Steam and mobile (at least, so far nobody has come forward as said they could claim the rewards when I asked around) and my casual account guild (Schlocks)…
Disappointing but unsurprising.
I suppose we don’t have to send in individual tickets? The issue seems quite global - they will have to analyze logs and send out missing rewards manually…again.

Same things for our guild “KSAHAFOUT!” : a lot of member can’t collect the daily war rewards (perhaps all ?). We can collect the rewards after individual wins.
It append on PC/Steam, Mobile/Android and Mobile/Ios.
I hope you will have the time to correct the bud.

I didn’t comment earlier, because I didn’t have much to add and was hoping that this would be fixed by the end of the day. No luck. I feel profoundly insulted. I’m used to it by now, of course, but still. And I was actually kinda looking forward to this guild wars, hoping that the matchmaking would be a bit better than the last 3 times. Some progress there, but it’s still in a sorry state.

This is outrageous. No rewards for the first day of GW were sent to email. The rewards for the Second day cannot be received again.
Our players are frustrated/furious.
Also, every GW we face major bugs that ruin the whole event. And, of course, this happens at the weekend when the devs aren’t available.
