[Reported] Purchases failing - transaction was declined

Platform, device version and operating system:
OS: Android 12
Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 pro

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When trying to make a purchase with any of my cards, I get “Transaction was declined” with no further explanation.
Might be a bug on Google’s side, but I wanted to submit a report here as well just in case.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I was able to make a purchase yesterday morning, but this has not been working since yesterday evening. A guildmate reported the same issue last night as well.

Steps to make it happen again
Try to make a purchase, e.g. from the Summer shop.

Same problem Samsung Galaxy Tablet S4.

I reported it yesterday and they sent a link to this page to show it was an already-known problem. Been more than 24 hours for me now.
