[fixed] 9.2 Placeholder text & missing assets

Already working on getting this resolved.

  • Placeholder text appearing in all the places (English/probs all languages)
  • Missing assets (currently reported in Russian)

For Russian - A game restart, or reinstall/verify your files should see the text appearing now? @Siba

Text should also be fixed as well
