What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Missing GW victory bonus. I am unable to claim the reward for the last day of GW, and nothing has arrived in my in-game mail yet. This is a recurring bug.

Dragon Army guild on Xbox. Most of us did not receive the reward.

The grace period has not ended, so after that the rewards missing should be mailed out
That being said, I am chasing it up to check as well as the missing GW scheduled situation
Currently, no need for further reports or tickets.
My theory is the devs tried to make the next GW restriction Apocalypse troops only and the game said no.
Currently waiting for some data to go out that would have a next Guild Wars scheduled in, to see if that allows everyone to go and access their Guild Wars menus again to claim their rewards as it’s within the grace period still.
Once the grace period ends, as mentioned any unclaimed rewards are automatically mailed out.
After the grace period ends and if players are still missing their mailed out rewards, then I’ll get back into it
Once I get word on a next GW being scheduled in, i’ll post again so people know to check they can claim those rewards.
Sorry I wasn’t able to let anyone know another GW had been scheduled, so the Guild Wars screen was/is available again.
No one notified me that had gone out, like 3 hours ago.
As mentioned, if anyone is missing rewards after the grace period ends cos they aren’t mailed out, please lemme know and make sure your invite code is in your profile

I was able to collect my GW reward for the final day. However, it seems the Morale Bonus was not calculated correctly (or is now calculated differently than it had been in the past). In previous Guild Wars, I would get 90 Gold Marks total with our Morale Bonus. Today it was only 50, as far as I can tell.
It’s been mentioned elsewhere and has been added as a known issue, but this is visually incorrect - I can see you collected the 90 gold marks, taking your total from 1,048 → 1,138
This visual issue is fixed in 9.3
