Immortal Kveldulf’s weapon (Kveldulf’s Maw) does not count towards Tasks completion (Fully upgrade 18 Maugrim Woods weapons)
There have been other reports of things like shiny troops and pets not triggering their task, but it triggers the next time they open a chest or upgrade their pet or troop.
Can you let me know if that does end up happening for you as well, so I can confirm if it’s the same issue or if it still doesn’t trigger if it is specifically that weapon not registering?

I got my related immortals (Trogolodin and Empyrion) to the required level (27+) to finish upgrading the weapon, which would allow me to meet the task requirement. The task is still presenting as though the weapons haven’t been fully upgraded, even though they are in the collection. I’ve tried closing and reopening app and reinstalling.
Have you opened any keys post hitting the requirement? Other people with kingdom tasks not showing as complete have got them to complete by doing this. No guarantee but maybe worth a try.
I noticed that pattern as well and yeah, I opened some gold and glory chests. It wasn’t keys though, just the respective resource. I also opened chests with shiny keys and dust. None of these worked. Then I opened some event chests with 50 event keys, and that worked for some (the 3rd task in Nexus and Grosh-nak, and the first task in Vulpacea), but not the weapon tasks that my bug report relate to (Zaejin and Nexus Task 2).

In my case, when Kveldulf reached level 30, the first task (the one regarding troops) was registered correctly, but the second task was not.
At this moment, I can’t increase Kingdom’s level.
Also, there were issues to register completed tasks regarding Shiny troop. But now (do not know how) that task went through
So it does sound like it may be specifically an immortal weapon issue and not the same issue reported elsewhere
Most probably, in my case.
