[reported] Library Tutorials "Troop Ascension" and "Troop Traiting" Bugged

PART 1 - Troop Ascension Tutorial

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Picture 2, the game tells me I have extra copies of Prisoner Luther and instructs me to ascend him. Actually, I have no extra copies of Prisoner Luther, see pictures 3 and 4, with Luther still at his base rarity Epic. I can’t ascend him, picture 5.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This hero was created today, it has been this was ever since the Ascension tutorial became available in the library.

Steps to make it happen again
With a newer hero, *Go to library > Click “Learn More” under Troop Ascension, Look at more upgrades for Prisoner Luther

PART 2 - Troop Traiting Tutorial

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Learn More activates a tutorial where Luther says we will use the traitstones I got in the mail to give Prisoner Luther his first trait. I was expecting to have enough traitstones to be able to follow the instruction. Picture 1 shows Luther telling me I have enough traitstones for the trait, but the traitstone numbers clearly show that I do not have enough. I have no option but to click the trait, upon which the game simultaneously says “Upgrading…” and “Error - You don’t have enough Traitstones to upgrade this troop.” My only choice then is to Restart Game. **

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
This hero was created today, it has been this was ever since the Traiting tutorial became available in the library.

Steps to make it happen again
With a newer hero, Go to library > Click “Learn More” under Troop Traiting, follow the tutorial prompts.

This is unrelated to 9.2, as I have had some random reports in 9.1, or at least similar.

I am going to manually send you the additional copies of the troop, then let me know if you still have issues

On a new character (currently level 14), I cannot complete either the Troop Ascension or the Troop Traiting tasks. Luther will not give me the traitstones or the copies of himself necessary for these upgrades. In the case of Troop Traiting, the failure restarts the game. I have tried re-installing the game (on multiple platforms) with no change.

I have purchased the Library Pass for this character, which appears to have been a waste; I cannot collect the 150 gems I was due for the Traiting task.

Thank you so much for taking quick action. The mail went to my main, but the issue was on my alt. I should have caught that you might mail my invite code, I’m sorry.

While I have your attention wanted to make sure you clocked that this was a two-part issue. The Troop Traiting bug as well, described in the second half of my post.

OK, for me, that fixed the Troop Ascension. Still stuck on Troop Traiting. Luther says “Spend the Traitstones you received in the mail”, but I didn’t receive any traitstones in mail, either from you or the game.
