Video below shows me defeating yellow enemies in Whitehelm but no progress towards the next goal.

Since Friday (?) I can’t collect wild spirits by defeating yellow enemies.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Always, since Friday maybe.
Steps to make it happen again
Not sure what the cause is.
Same problem on XBox One/ Series X. I’m 16 wild spirits away from completing tier IV and I haven’t been able to earn any further wild spirits, even in Divinion Fields defeating yellow enemies. I’m worried I’m going to miss my chance to complete it and collect the rewards.
True. This game will never see my money again.
This issue of the currency not being rewarded and the PLAY button disappearing, I think are the same issue caused by the event actually going into the grace period after the event would end.. too soon.
Waiting to hear back from the team to see if we restart and extend the event.

Not seeing a fix yet. Steam did an urgent GoW update, but nothing’s changed.
Still unable to earn Wild Spirits despite defeating many yellow enemies.
Devs have 100% checked out of this game.
The event has ended, and is now in the grace period - so you cannot earn more Wild Spirits.
Is the early end + grace period on Legends Reborn a new or recent thing?
It seems to be causing a lot of confusion; it’s not how I remember LR being previously; and generally we’ve been trained by the game to expect that week-long events run until the end of the week.
The event I think has always had a period of time after it ends you then can spend any remaining currency, like the holiday events.. but the holiday event is a little more valuable to have a grace period cos there is a shop.
But there isn’t an early end? They run for a week and the have a 2 day grace period
If it hasn’t always then it has had it for a while, it’s just the event is not as common as others
I may well be remembering it wrong; I usually get LR completed within the first few days so I don’t really watch it towards the end of the week.
Don’t forget this event should have ended last week but because they mucked it up at the weekend it was extended. Can’t remember whether it said how long the extension would be but I guess 3 days covers the missing weekend
Yes, it had “grace time” to buy add. Rewards, but it was never included in the initial time countdown till event’s end. Yesterday i thought i don’t need to hurry to finish the story, because i have time, it said it’s more than 1 day to event’s end. No, I don’t have.
