What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting to have at least one Citadel Vulnerable on Monday and at least one on Thursday.
There’s no Citadels vulnerable today - Monday - and there’s none scheduled for Thursday.
There are 4 Citadels scheduled to be vulnerable on Friday.
From the patch notes, there should be 1-2 Citadels vulnerable during the week, except on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Steps to make it happen again
- Login and go to the PvP area, search for a vulnerable Citadel on the map - there’s none.
- Check the Alliance Overview tab, look for the Citadel Schedule.
