[Reported] Guild Wars “being set up” text is repeated

Steps:

  1. Enter the guild wars screen within the first few minutes (?) of guild wars week.

Result:
Text appears twice: “The next Guild Wars is being set up, and will begin shortly.”

Expected:
This text should only appear once.
