Whatever ‘quickfix’ has just been implemented now results in game softlocks when explore is selected in any region where >12 had been opened due to this ‘bug-fix error’.
Got through new explore levels and then a cliffy error. Now frozen in whitehelm on 16. And froze in vulpacea on a mimic battle. So i guess im done trying out the new explore for now. Hopefully you can figure out what is happening and fix it.
I think the UI is reachable before the network call is done that provides the data for that screen.
It happens more often when I try to skip through the screens via click and esc spam. When I slow down it works just fine.
I think there is a state machine missing or asyc calls are not joined before the next screen can be reached. If these are in place and I guessed the implementation correct then it should be a off by 1 error in an if statement that lets the next screen be reached or default values that are set that the network call overrides - see screenshot “[BATTLE_REWARDS]”.
This is still happening, had it twice during vault event, even when playing slower. Seams like when you hit the timing wrong when the win screen comes up
