What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: I expect to be able to examine hero traits and talents in battle. Examining the hero brings the spell to the forefront. Pressing left or right brings the hero traits or portrait to the front respectively. Bringing the traits to the front freezes and / or crashes the game. This happens both with your own hero or an enemy hero.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Update 9.3
Steps to make it happen again Play any battle with a hero with a class equipped and examine their traits in battle.
This could cause a lot of losses in Guild Wars.
Edit: It also crashes if you view hero traits on the pre-battle screen.
My game crashed during a journey battle. After coming back, my sigils were down by 1, while miles were still the same. So that counted as a loss.
Since I bought these sigils (T6, Head Start and Mid Week Bonus), my sigil should be refunded immediately.

The fact is they dont care about xbox. More than 1 year I cannot use pause/retreat button during a battle! Never fixed despite releasing probably 6 updates during that time. Jeto went completely radio silent about that since probably 6+ months.
It crashes the whole game on ps5 and takes to to the report an error with Sony, happens PvP, explore, journey and if you look at opponents hero before going into battle
Next time it happens to anyone on SONY, and you get the report an error option, can you submit it and let me know here.

Also, if anyone has a video? I don’t think it’s super necessary, sounds pretty obvious what’s steps are being taken, but I should grab one for the devs if one is available
Hope it comes out very soon, because everybody who cares about their guild wars battles looks at the other team in pretty much every battle. That’s going to result in a whole lot of lost games for people who don’t know what’s going on.
Just deliberately triggered it and did the “submit a report”. Couldn’t get a video, as it crashes and you lose any video, but the report had the last 10 seconds or so as a clip, attached.
I can do it again, if you need, but hopefully that should work.
Not on my PS5 now, but it happened while looking at a weapon (Scaleguard Protector) in my weapon list and then pushing on the right button to look at my hero. Total game crash with report to Sony. I repeated those actions immediately after and the same thing happened. I submitted both reports to Sony. VORLON
@Jeto - Happens to me too. Going to the Weapons tab is ok. Selecting and opening up a weapon is ok. Pressing Right, to see my Hero is ok… but as soon as I press Right again to see the Traits… it INSTANTLY crashes. (I did it 5 times FLAWLESSLY, using 5 different weapons) NOTE: DOESN’T happen when looking at Troop Traits.
