It does seem to be, thank goodness.

The Victory Card business still hasn’t been addressed – or even acknowledged. 
@Jeto The heavy delay is back almost on every action you’re tryin to do. No fun at all to wait on a response after each battle on the victory screen when you press A to go on further and most of the time it takes up to 5-7 secs until the game reacts. This is absolutely annyoing and unaccepptable!

Kann ich nur zustimmen es geht schon seit Wochen so.
Once again, vault weekend rolls around and suddenly this bug is back. It never gets fixed and barely gets acknowledged, and it always seems to be happening whenever there’s a vault weekend. Ever since it first popped up, it hit most of them.
Clearly vault weekends are when most players are playing the most. It might be them struggling with server overload or something, but it happens when players are using rare resources and want to get the most out of them, and this is preventing that. It should have been a priority fix.

Right…anyway, as long as the also annoying buy me pop ups every 5 minutes are working precesily fine everythings workin obviously ‘as intended’ for em.
