I am aware there is a bug causing players to get multiple token/badges/medals in Explore, when they are not intended to be rewards.
Multiple chests appear on the map instead of the battle nodes.
The team is looking into it as apparently is may just be happening on console so far, so possible a null reference somewhere in the data.
