here is what my screen looks like then it freezes solid have to restart the game

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**Ms is the one that actually got the error this time. My steam account on PC freezes when I try to do epic trials.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time for both of us. MS is on mobile I’m on steam

Steps to make it happen again
Same thing every time.

This is getting caused by some resource missing from that kingdom. I have passed it on to the team!

How did you get to this screen @dawg, like what actions did you take to get to this point?

I went to games, then scrolled to epic trials. I clicked play then the above

But how did you access the Games menu, in your screenshot it appears you are in the Nightmare Circus Faction, which you shouldn’t be able to access the Games menu from?

damn, sorry but my video file is too big.

I click games, then scroll to epic trials. then click play then my whole game freezes. MS. can play a single game in epic trials then she gets the CLIFFY error

What screen are you on when you click Games?
World Map, in the Factions, in a specific Kingdom etc?

If you can share screenshots, that would be good

Okay, super weird then that you just open it from the World Map and it brings up the Nightmare circus background?
