Well then not much I can do to help, unless they have submitted a ticket, if that mail is broken.
Is this going to cause another server roll back? I don’t for see a lot of folks reporting that they were given too many gems in the mail.
Specially if they have been waiting months already just to get what they paid for.
I’m not sure players would want to get helped with this one. Figuring out whether that mail might be broken sounds like a huge effort, let’s just agree the 60 x 920 gems are perfectly fine.
