What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expecting to gain “Souls to Shrine of Treachery” 14 + 26 , like the “Delve Gold” is added to Shrine of Cunning.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?

Steps to make it happen again
Play a delve battle and earn delve room souls.
This is probably “working as intended”. Only “basic” souls are considered “correct”.
I have the same issue with the campaign tasks “Get xxx glory”. You can only get the “correct” glory from rPVP & cPVP. Nothing else counts.
Also souls from Treasure/ Soul Gnome?/ Cedric isn’t count.

Delve Room Gold and Cedric/Treasure Gnome Gold are both added to the Shrine of Cunning.
Delve Room Souls and Cedric/Soul Gnome Souls are not added to the Shrine of Treachery.
The order or lack of visibility of Reward Cards is still an issue, but resolving this could make it more tolerable.

While you’re at it, please report that Soul Gnome Souls, Adventure Board Souls and Battlecrasher Souls also don’t count towards the shrine.
