Apologies for the delay on this one everyone, I have been chasing it up every day since I have been - there has been some issues getting this resolved as well as making sure it goes out to everyone effected, so ensuring if someone has changed guilds they would still get their correct rewards.
My earliest update is the rewards going out Friday, and at the latest Monday - if I get any more updates that the tests have all passed sooner, then I’ll update in here again for sure.

What update did you forget to post? When will we finally get the rewards we’re owed? Why are you mocking the players?
Here’s another bug: a player left the guild AFTER THE NEW WEEK BEGAN, and everyone who received rewards after his exit had their rewards reduced. They should have received 100 gold marks, 200 silver marks, and 50,000 gold. Those who managed to get them before his exit received the full amount. This shouldn’t happen. The event ended, and the rewards should remain in full, regardless of where someone went AFTER the event ended.
If 10 people had left, everyone who remained would have received even less from the awards

I didn’t share another update yesterday, because I did not get one from the team. I am hoping its today as I have been poking the team about this every day.
okay an update again, the code that would have released this today needs to be adjusted
Part of it being we want to maker sure people who have changed guilds since last GW aren’t missed.
We also don’t want this to be a longer saga with that code going out and needing to be fixed again later, or ANOTHER batch of code released like we have had to do for the various Astral Spire/Library issues

So, does ‘I’ll grab your invite code and let the dev know’ mean this case is just gathering dust because nobody has actually looked into it yet? After a month of being led on, we finally find out that the developers are only just now being told that users are even interested. I have no idea what’s going on with your company, but it looks bad. Instead of fun and relaxation, all we get is disappointment and frustration.
I’m just as bothered as everyone else that this keeps going on and on and on, but there is only so much I can do, to make it happen faster.
Unfortunately, it has been a series of unfortunate events which caused this to take longer and longer, mix of studio closed, people on leave (emergency or other wise) and then needing to make adjustments to the code as time has passed.
I have shared every update I can, and been following this up every day I am working - but I can’t make it happen faster than a dev can ensure the code is chill and get it out.
Players who are in a Guild that saw the morale bonus drop before all the rewards were collected, if you posted in this thread, as that’s a different issue, I grabbed your invite codes to pass onto a dev directly as at the moment they have to be manually fixed - or at least for now, it will be manually fixed unless we find that it’s extremely wide spread, then we can do something about that.
tldr; once I can get a new update, I will share it as soon as possible.
It wasn’t me who didn’t receive part of the reward, but many members of my guild.

Players affected by a reduced Moral bonus from players leaving after weekly reset, and in turn their rewards, I am chasing up again now if you were in a Guild and were affected by this and you haven’t just gotten these rewards back, please leave a comment

They have to register on the forum to do this; they’re too lazy. Then do it for the entire guild, and that’s it, since this only happened in our guild. By the way, the rewards that were finally handed out were also smaller. For the entire guild. There were 30 of us back then, and 27 on defense.
I see that you returned the missing 5 marks for my last GW. Just return my entire guild’s money for the last GW and the previous one, which you just returned and it’s still incomplete. Does everyone have to come and write about themselves here now?

The missing rewards for last event were automated from the data at that time, so if someone else also had left your guild around that time or if for some reason your current lower total was applied, I will follow that up when I can and you’re guild will get the remaining rewards again - no tickets required.
