What is this grace period you mention?
The grace period is the period of time in which you can only claim rewards for Legends Reborn and not play. This grace period is over, so hopefully expect rewards soon.

This problem could take forever to fix. You didn’t get 200k gems, so why rush?
Gems? It’s gold marks which could have been used to buy books which could have been used to upgrade a kingdom which in turn would have made us stronger or given us more tribute. For many weeks already! And what about our guild wars points for the ranking? Those can affect our morale bonus.
That was sarcasm.
When players get 200,000 gems due to a bug, the problem is fixed immediately. But when players are affected by a bug and DON’T receive anything, that’s the last thing they fix. This has become a bad tradition, unfortunately.
I’m also waiting three weeks for this problem to be fixed and for us to get our gold marks.
The next GW is in a few days. Will we get our rewards there too? That’s a question for Jeto.

By the way, yesterday a friend of mine decided to play this game and asked me to help him figure it out. He joined a guild, and today, when the game day refreshed an hour and a half ago, he received an mail with uncollected rewards for GW. Even though he’s only playing for the second day and didn’t participate in the previous event at all. I suspect this bug may also be related to the issue discussed here.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. I was unable to collect my rewards after the guild victory. This error occurred during every day of the Guild War, and I still haven’t received any compensation.
Sorry for the delay, I needed to take a couple of days off so I am catching up on this again today.
[inb4 someone jokes about all the days off the studio just had.. would have been nice if i hadn’t been sick through all of them]

Funny how they delete messages criticizing the devs’ lack of respect for players and the fact that guild wars have never worked properly.
Maybe the issue is related to the Guild Wars Medallion? Did you guys buy it too?
