Other players in Dark Order are getting Gold Mark Bonuses today - 10 GM in 4 regions and 20 in a 5th.
I played yesterday but had Cliffy Errors in PVP Citadel battles several times. Today I am not getting any Gold Mark Bonus.
Fix:
This is very unfair. Send me the 60 Gold Marks that others are getting.
I got no cliffy errors yesterday, but also got no Gold Marks.
Today, no cliffy errors, but also no Gold Marks at any of the Kingdoms.

I’m in the same boat, i already wrote a support ticket, something i usually never do.
I got the gold marks but there was no icon appearing in the centre of the screen when completing zone rewards.
iOS platform, The Enchanted (green) Alliance, I have no Vulnerable citadels available.
FYI: i Was able to play Citadel Battles Saturday and yesterday with no issues.
Same for me on N Switch, no vulnerable citadels and no gold marks to collect.
Today there are no winning lanterns and I’m not getting any gold marks from the two regions that were open for battle yesterday (PC/Mobile).
