[Reported] Already received rewards?

Platform, device version and operating system:
PC/Steam
Screenshot or image:

When starting up the game today I got these messages (see screenshot)
When opening tasks it says I already received those rewards in another guild…
I don’t know where this is coming from since I’m guild master for over 6 years from the same guild.

It is a known bug whether real or just artificial I cannot tell. I suggest you to open a support ticket so that they can check.
(Artificial => you might have received the rewards although it says differently)

Hits quite a few players each week. Sometimes it’s just an incorrect mail, sometimes you are really missing rewards. Open a support ticket (https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, issue type “missing rewards or game content”) to get your account checked.

I’m on Android, though, as is at least one other.
